Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that at least 50% of the product remains to be eligible for a quality-guarantee refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our laboratory.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
